The YST15 Intelligent SMD (Surface Mount Devices) Storage System saves time and labour in the supply of SMD components for surface mount processes. The Yamaha YST15 Intelligent SMD Storage System can manage a maximum of 1,500 reels (more can be added) and load/unload multiple reels in one batch. It includes humidity control for the highest of quality.

Capable of storing up to 1,500 reels, the YST15 storage system can also load or unload a maximum of 27 reels in one batch. Through interlinking with the SMT line controlled by centralised management software, placement machines requiring re-supply of components can be automatically supplied with the required components. This advance enables significant reductions in staff workload and prevention of production interruptions due to delays in device supply.
